VNC Remote Screen
Touch, trackpad, keyboard toolbar, clipboard sync, macros — see and control your Mac screen in real time.
No cloud. No subscription. Just your LAN.
Watch your AI coding agent finish a task from the couch. Burn through your monthly AI quota from anywhere in the house. VNC remote screen, SSH terminal, file browser, app manager, and Siri Shortcuts — all over your local network, completely private.
What's Inside
Six powerful tools, one app. Total Mac control from the palm of your hand.
Touch, trackpad, keyboard toolbar, clipboard sync, macros — see and control your Mac screen in real time.
Full interactive shell over SSH directly from your iPhone — run commands, scripts, and manage your system.
Launch, kill, and monitor every running app and process on your Mac with a single tap.
Browse, upload, and download files via SFTP — full access to your Mac file system from anywhere on your LAN.
Real-time CPU, RAM, disk, and network stats — always know what your Mac is doing without touching it.
Lock Mac, set volume, run scripts, open apps — hands-free control through Siri, Shortcuts, and widgets.
Why LANConsole
No daemons to install. No extra cloud accounts. No new chair to sit in. Just your iPhone, your Mac, and the same Wi-Fi you already have.
No helper app. No background agent. No companion daemon. LANConsole talks to the same Screen Sharing and Remote Login services Apple ships in every macOS — just flip two toggles in System Settings and you're done.
Kicked off a long AI coding agent task? Don't sit at your desk staring at a progress bar. See exactly what your agent is doing, scrub the terminal, accept the next step — all from the sofa, the bed, or the kitchen island.
Paying for an AI assistant subscription and only using it 8 hours a day at your desk? Pick up where you left off from anywhere in the house. The same logged-in session, the same context window, the same project — driven from your phone.
Remote Screen
Every gesture, every keystroke, every modifier key — mapped perfectly to your iPhone and iPad screen.

LANConsole's VNC client is purpose-built for iOS, not ported from a desktop app. Every interaction has been rethought for a touch screen — gestures feel natural, the keyboard toolbar puts modifier keys a thumb-stretch away, and the trackpad mode gives you the precision you need for design work or coding.
The live FPS counter and auto-reconnect engine mean you can walk away from your desk mid-session and the connection will silently recover the moment you're back in range. No tapping, no re-entering credentials.
Macro recording turns repetitive keyboard sequences into single taps — perfect for build triggers, test runners, or any workflow you repeat dozens of times a day.
SSH Power Suite
Beyond a plain terminal — a complete Mac management toolkit built on top of your SSH session.
brew update and brew upgradeSupports Ed25519 and RSA private key authentication. Import your existing keys from iCloud Drive or the Files app. Keys are stored securely in the iOS Keychain, never written to disk in plain text. Passphrase-protected keys are fully supported with biometric unlock for convenience.
App Intents
Ask Siri, build automations in the Shortcuts app, or trigger from widgets — all without opening the app.
"Hey Siri, lock my Mac"
"Sleep my Mac display"
"Mute my Mac"
"Set Mac volume to 50%"
"What's my Mac doing?"
"Run backup script"
"Open Xcode on my Mac"
When: I arrive home
→ Open App on Mac → Xcode
→ Set Volume → 40%
→ Run Script on Mac → start-dev-env.sh
Privacy & Security
Your screen, your keystrokes, your files — none of it touches a server we control. Or anyone else's.
Your screen pixels and keystrokes travel exclusively over your home or office router. No Anthropic, no third-party relay, no middleman. Traffic never leaves your LAN.
Passwords and SSH private keys are stored in the iOS Keychain, backed by the Secure Enclave. They are never written to iCloud backups or app storage in plain text.
Face ID and Touch ID gate access at launch. A configurable 60-second auto-lock re-enables biometric authentication whenever you put the app in the background.
